Pricing and Availability

All prices are inclusive of legally applicable VAT, according to the current VAT legislation. Prices listed on our website can be changed at any time without any notice. All product offers are valid until stock lasts.

We list availability information for products sold on our website, on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail or by phone as soon as possible if any products in your order turn out to be unavailable and you will not be charged for those products.

Product information

Unless expressly indicated otherwise, we are not the manufacturer of the products sold on our website. While we work to ensure that product information on our website is correct, actual product packaging and materials may contain more and different information to that displayed on our website. Colors may also differ. All information about the products on our website is provided for information purposes only. We recommend that you do not rely solely on the information presented on our website. Please always read labels, warnings and directions provided with the product before use.

Although we will never dispatch a product in damaged packaging, upon delivery or pick up, please always check carefully and make sure that the external packaging and the adhesive tape are intact, to avoid receiving faulty or non fully functioning products. After you sign to receive the product, you accept it as it is and you have no claim regarding the packaging and the general condition of the product.

Shipping Rates & policies

Delivery
We will deliver only within the island of Cyprus and will do so for all weekdays, except holidays, between 8:00 am and 5:00pm. Unfortunately, you are unable to request a specific delivery time. The courier will get in touch to arrange the delivery time/day.

Most of our products are available for delivery within 2- 24 Hours of your order being placed (excluding public holidays), provided it is in stock.

To find out the expected delivery of a product, or if a product is out of stock and unavailable for delivery, please check the product details page before you place your order.

We will do our best to deliver your product within the timelines above. Please note that delivery estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.

We cannot take responsibility for order and delivery delays outside our liabilities or for delays that occur as a result of Acts of God (like fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, civil war, rebellion, riot, terrorist activities, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

We offer free delivery across Cyprus on orders over €50 (ex VAT). For orders under €50 (ex VAT), you will be charged an additional €5.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements policies

How do I return an item?
If you’ve accidentally ordered the wrong product or have a product that’s faulty or damaged, you can arrange a return.

How to return a purchase
To start the returns process, you’ll need to contact us within 14 business days of receiving the product. If you contact us more than 14 business days after delivery, we may be unable to provide you with a full refund for the goods being returned.

Free courier collection
In case of a faulty or damaged product, after you’ve contacted us, we’ll arrange for a free collection. In any other case, you will be responsible for returning the product.
